Sports Physicals for 2023-2024 School Year
Launch the media gallery 1 player If your daughter or son in grades 7-12 are going to participate in any sports next school year (2023-2024) they will need to have a sports physical completed. The first allowable date for a physical to be taken for next year is May 1, 2023 and they will be required for ALL 7-12 students that wish to participate in NSAA athletic contests in the 2023-2024 school year. Below are links for the physical form that your doctor will have to fill out as well as the parent consent form. When you have those forms completed please bring them to Sara O'Connell at the high school office. Sara can be reached 402-478-4171 and sara.oconnell@apseagles.org.
We are excited to partner with Beacom Health out of Fremont. They will be here at the school on Tuesday, June 13th at 6pm to provide physicals for students going into 8th - 12th grade. Incoming 7th grade families please note that you will need to see your family physician to update your immunizations and for a full physical in the clinic.
It is good to know also that the majority of insurance plans have a Free well check (physical) for their kids. Parents may want to check with their insurance provider to see what is available.
